We have easy 30 days Returns Policy, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to MYspecs within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusion below:
 
 
Returns & Exchange Policy
 
Please read all the conditions below, if any conditions are not met, Myspecs.my reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
  1. All returned items must be returned within 30 days of received, together with proof of purchase receipt.
  2. All returned items must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) with all original Tags/Labels attached, with no scratch, damage or breakage of any kind.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
 
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be exchanged with the same purchased item. Defective items subject to condition by contacting us (viaWatsapps/ Wechat 019-499 4009).
 
Non-returnable items
 a) Opened box, damaged box, Tags/Labels removed. (Pic1)

 

 b) All returned items that are different from initial delivered/purchased items including
    Brand, Power, Batch Number, Expiry Date, BC, DIA, Color and etc.
 
Refund Policy
  1.  Once we receive and inspect your item(s) subject to condition, we will credit into your account. Please allow 14 business days for credits to appear in your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  2. MYspecs can only refund the original purchase price.
  3. Refund is available for all products, EXCEPT prescription glasses.
